Arizona Adventures

Here are the annals of the outings we’ve taken — my four children, myself, sometimes our dog, a picnic lunch, and adequate water in our ancient 4WD Chevy Suburban.  Most of these would be categorized as “backroads” adventures.  Partly, this has been an ongoing school project, partly to create good memories in the minds of my kids, and partly just because it’s good to be out in nature and appreciate the bounty of God’s creative hand.

I am a Mom of two boys in Arizona. Is that where you are too or do you just visit?

I just started home schooling my youngest son and am looking forward to learning from other moms.

I saw your Rod and Staff post. The page wouldn’t submit my comment so here it is.

I notice that this is an old post, but I too, have found that I am very happy with Rod and Staff! We must have started R&S about the same time you wrote this. My daughter’s test scores went up drastically the year we started too!

I am sure you have learned by now that you can actually order from them directly. Phone # 606.522.4348 and they ship very quickly! I have gotten on Monday orders placed on Friday! ( I am in SC, they are in KY) Ask for a catalog!

O, and they are actually Mennonite, not Amish.

I do feel like they are so genuine. I dearly love their children’s storybooks! We have lots of them!

We are coming your way in July on our own adventure!
God bless you!
