I’ve seen this meme on a number of other blogs, most recently on Mom Loves Being at Home.

Copy and paste this into your own blog, if you want to participate.  Then, bold the items that you’ve actually done.  If you do this, I’d love to read it, so make sure you link here or comment so I know to visit your blog!

About Karen Joy

I'm a partially-homeschooling mother of six -- 3 boys ages 19, 17 and 15 years old, and three girls: 11, 8, and 3. I like birding, reading, writing, organic gardening, singing, playing guitar, hiking, the outdoors, and books. I very casually lead a very large group of homeschooling families in the Phoenix area. I have a dear hubby who designs homes for a local home builder and who is the worship pastor of our church. I live in the desert, which I used to hate, but now appreciate.

  1. Fun, Karen!! Thanks for playing along. It’s so fascinating to read what others have done. 🙂

  2. Hmm, typed a long diatribe about the snarky hs moms and then I accidentally deleted it…maybe it is best. Been there, done that, one reason I put the kids in school is the difficulty I had in socializing with these women and kids.

So….I hope your hs group goes better this time.

    Happy new Year!!!

  3. LISA!!! How could I not know you had a blog??? I look forward to reading about your life these last five months’ worth of blog posts.

  4. I got this from a friend who got it from a friend who got it from you…. So just letting you know, I did it, too, even though you don’t know me! LOL Enjoy!
