RARE.

All five of my children, in one picture, looking fairly sane and clean. This doesn’t happen all that often. Ethan is 15, Grant is 12, Wesley is 10, Audrey is 6, and Fiala is 3 years old.

  2. Such nice clear skin-wish my grandsons ankles looked like that!

    • Shannon, had you commented before on skin issues? I’m sorry; I can’t remember. And, YES, bless God, Fiala is a good 90-95% better. Most all of her skin problems were directly tied to a severe overgrowth of Candida Albicans yeast. She’s been on Nystatin for six months, and is nearly better.

By the way… I was just reading up on the incredible importance of B2/riboflavin. So many people I know who have food allergy/intolerances are dairy-free, yet dairy is the main & best source of B2. It is *SO* important for maintaining healthy skin. I’m realizing that at least some of the skin issues suffered by my 10yo son, who has serious food problems, as well, is from a B2 deficiency — not just eczema, but lesions/sores at the corner of his mouth and elsewhere. So, if your grandson is off of dairy, make sure you’re supplementing with B2 or with a multi-vitamin that has a high level of it. http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/vitamins/health-benefits-of-vitamin-b2-or-riboflavin.html
