58 GFCF Recipes!

A friendly soul e-mailed me saying that she’d had good success with my sugar cookie recipe, and asked how to access all my other recipes.  I thought, “It’s easy!  Just click … no, that doesn’t work.  I’ll try … no, that doesn’t work, either.  How ’bout this? … No, that’s not working.  Hm.”  It was a lot more difficult that I thought it’d be!

So, I’ve decided to make a permanent page which links to all the recipes.

Almost all the recipes are gluten-free/casein-free, and are marked as such:  GFCF.  The remaining are just plain gluten-free, and are marked GF.

(There aren’t as many as it appears;  several recipes are in more than one category.  There are only 55 recipes, total.  Unsorted “master” list at the bottom.)

[EDITED TO ADD:  A few of the recipes call for Mocha Mix, a non-dairy creamer.  I have discovered that some of the ingredients in Mocha Mix ARE dairy-derived.  My son, who has immediate asthma response to all dairy has no trouble whatsoever with Mocha Mix.  However, depending on how serious your need is to be dairy-free, do use Mocha Mix with discretion.  I think I’ve edited all of the recipes that contain Mocha Mix to include a disclaimer, but if you find one, please leave a comment to let me know.]

  1. THANK YOU much for posting this list! I follow a gluten-free diet and know how to cook some g-f foods (my sister has celiac and I probably do too, but haven’t been tested). My husband and I recently put our 9-year-old daughter on the GFCF diet — it’s MUCH easier on her poor stomach, but so hard to find good recipes that all six of us can eat. Blogs like yours give me hope!

  2. Thank you so much for all your recipes. My son is autistic & he has been on GFCF diet for over 2 years now. I have been using your Rice Milk recipe since summer 2007. Thank you for sharing all these wonderful info w/us…

  3. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes! I found your blog when I googled for g-f sugar cookie recipes, and can’t wait to try some of them. I have celiac disease and really miss the comfort foods :)

    • Thanks Peggy!! I just made a double batch (it was HUGE!) of the sugar cookies — made plain frosted (with royal icing), anise, cinnamon pinwheels, and almond-cranberry. :) Merry Christmas!

  4. Just joined your blog. was searching for rice milk ice cream & here you are-at least the rice milk. Love your recipes especially egg free, casein free & I notice some without corn. My grandson is allergic (oh-sensitive) to all kinds of things–sets off his asthma. Thank you for your neat recipes.

  5. Hi Karen,
Have you tried to make any milk-free creamy salad dressings? I have a yummy homemade ranch dressing that I make, but I’m trying to find a milk-free substitute. I wonder if I should try the rice milk recipe and add it in place of the mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk.
If you find a recipe like this, will you please post?
    Thank you!!

  6. I was on a blog and noticed a comment of yours from about 11 months ago, saying you made your own laundry detergent with castile soap and washing soda and borax?? do you have a recipe that you could share for this soap?? thanks

  7. Hey Karen! This is a great list! I just made your big batch sugar cookies. They were amazing. :) (even though I cheated and used a gfree baking mix)
Subscribing, and looking forward to getting to know you :)

  8. Thank you! Our 22 month has celiac disease and this is her first Christmas she will remember, I didnt want her to miss out on the cousins making a gingerbread house and low and behold you have a great recipe! Cant wait to try out your others.

  9. Thank you the gingerbread house recipe allowed our 22 month old with celiac’s to join in on the fun this year!

  10. I have a new love affair with zucchini. Yum. I have a few recipes that I really like, but I was wondering what kinds of things you use it in? I want some new ideas. :D
